Main Programme of PFF 2017

We are counting the last two weeks before the beginning of the first international edition of the Philosophical Film Festival! The Festival will be held from March 30 to April 7 in the Cinematheque of Macedonia and in 9 festival days will offer the public 34 feature and short films from all around the world, lectures and discussions on important philosophical topics and open discussions after the films with eminent professors, film directors and intellectuals from Macedonia and abroad. Our selectors, professors Kiril Trajchev (Selection of Feature Films) and Ana Opacic (Selection of Short Films) have made a careful selection of films that are both exceptional film works and are also philosophically relevant as is the specific of the Festival.  The films in the Selections will compete for the ‘Golden Owl’ Jury & Audience awards for Best Feature Film and Best Short Film on PFF 2017.  The Jury of the Selection of Feature Films is made up by prof. dr. Ivan Dzeparsoki, prof. dr. Aleksandar Prokopiev and prof. Vladimir Blazevski, and the jury of the Selection of Short Films: asst. prof. dr.
