This year, after a one-year break, PFF’s High School programme (as part of the Educational programme) has been restarted once again. On April 6 in the Youth Cultural Center in Skopje, for a group of students from Skopje (SUGS “Nikola Karev”, SUGS “Georgi Dimitrov”, DMBUC “Ilija Nikolovski Luj”, PSU “Jahja Kemal”), Veles (SOU “Koco Racin”) and Kumanovo (High school “Goce Delchev) was held a screening of the film 12 ANGRY PEOPLE (Twelve Angry Man, 1957) on Sidney Lumet, and then in the period from 6 to 11 April screenings were held in 5 more cities for students from Stip (High school “Slavcho Stojmenski”), Negotino (High School” St. Cyril and Methodius “, Bitola (High School” Taki Daskalo “and High School” Josip Broz – Tito “, Bitola and High School” Naum Naumovski Borce “, Krushevo) and Gevgelija (High School” Josif Josifovski ” Gevgelija, High School “Goce Delchev, Valandovo and High School” Jane Sandanski “, Strumica) and Ohrid (high school” St. Kliment Ohridski “).

As part of the event in Skopje, Prof. Ana Dimishkovska introduced the students to this year’s theme for the essay inspired by the film “Justice, Anger and Prejudice: How to Judge Impartially?”. In the project were involved 15 high school teachers, about 350 students from 16 schools, 36 essays were submitted to the essay competition, and from all of them, the three-member expert commission composed of: Prof. Slobodanka Markovska, Stefan Vidikov and Marko Kasapov, have selected the three best phil(m)osophical essays for this edition of SVL.

The three winners will receive three one-year scholarships from EUROPE PRIMA University, financial prizes (6000, 3000 and 15000 den. respectively for the three winners), a set of philosophical journals Philosophical Debate, philosophical literature from the publishing house “Az-Buki”, DVDs of Macedonian films from the Cinematheque, and the first essay will be published in the national magazine for philosophy Philosophical Debate. The awards ceremony of the Educational Program will be held on June 6, 2022 at 17:30 in the Cinematheque of N. Macedonia.
